TEXTBOOK REFUND POLICY

KCKCC Bookstore will give you a FULL REFUND on textbooks purchased IF you follow this Standard Policy:

1. You have a sales receipt, drop slip and the price sticker is on the book.

2. NEW books must be in brand new condition.

3. Time limit for full refund is two weeks after class openings; except for Summer School when the time limit is one week.

4. Off-scheduled classes (including mid-term classes) starting after the beginning term. Refund period will be one week from the start-up of the class.

5. Situations where customer purchases wrong book you must still present sales slip, bookstore will waive requirement of drop slip. Refunds will be judged individually by bookstore manager.

Check & credit card refunds:

Credit cards: Refunds will be credited to the card.

Check: purchases will be refunded by check , mailed to present address, within 3 weeks.
