Books are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability may change before we process your order. If your selected option is unavailable, we may replace a used purchase with a new copy or substitute between new and used rentals, keeping the same title, edition, and purchase or rental type.

By continuing and placing an order, you authorize these substitutions and the resulting charge to your selected payment method without additional approval. Your final total may be higher or lower than the amount shown at checkout. Financial-aid charges remain subject to available funds and eligibility.

• Course materials: Requirements and prices may change. We update the website as new information becomes available.
• Returns: Only eligible items purchased from the KCKCC Bookstore, in store or online, can be returned or exchanged under our return policy..
• Contact information: Provide a valid phone number and email address so we can reach you about your order.

• Billing information: Your billing address must match your card issuer’s records. For financial aid, your information must match KCKCC’s records.
• Cards: Keep your card unlocked until payment is processed. Do not use one-time-use cards; our website performs a $1 card-verification check.
• Financial aid: Select Student Financial Aid (ID#) and enter your KCKCC student ID number in the Account Number field. Aid is available only during designated periods.
• Processing: Most orders take 24 to 48 hours. High order volume or payment issues may cause delays.

• Shipping: Textbook shipments require a valid KCKCC-issued student ID, email address, and street address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
• Pickup by someone else: Add that person’s name in Order Comments or contact the bookstore to authorize pickup.
